Bellini Cookery School is located in Edinburgh City Centre, Scotland and offers a variety of services to the public, including corporate and trade (restaurateurs/hoteliers/chefs).
Our classes are on how to easily prepare delicious, healthy meals with minimum fuss and little  time; and includes hands-on classes on Italian cooking for individuals, groups and chefs to demonstrations, workshops and talks on a wide range of subjects including healthy eating and cooking for specific dietary requirements.We advocate healthy cooking without the use of additives and preservatives. A class may be taken on its own (as many students do) or a selection may be booked with the bonus of a discount. There is an educational element to the classes as well as a part demonstration, part hands-on approach and they are presented within a friendly, relaxed setting.
