Chef Angelo’s extensive experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine allows training in specialist Italian cooking to chefs, restaurateurs or hoteliers who wish to add serious, authentic Italian flavours to everyday menus or special themed events.
We are happy to discuss your individual menu requirements and put together a list of ideas and recipes to best suit your needs. This can range from simple pasta sauces, pizza-making to hand-made gnocchi, filled pastas, risotto, game, pates, terrines, soups, fish, regional cooking and wild mushroom (virtually any Italian cuisine).
