The Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest in the world and due to the diversity of Italian cooking there is a cornucopia of delicious recipes waiting for you to try. You may simply just want to eat more healthily or have specific dietary requirements to meet through choice or certain ailments, but we shall endeavour to put together a class, demonstration or talk to satisfy your needs. This can take place at Bellini or we can arrange to come to your place of work.
