Chef Angelo Cimini
Chef Angelo is a graduate of the world-famous Instituto Professionale de Alberghieri, Villa Santa Maria, Abruzzo. Upon completion of his extensive seven years of study, he continued his learning process in the magical city of Venice, and it was actually only after another seven years of working within the trade was he given the title of Chef.
Whilst working in many famous establishments he perfected his art of cooking, gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and learned The Secret Kitchen, recipes and techniques only passed from chef to chef and never written down.
At exclusive hotels and restaurants, such as The Gritti Palace and La Caravel, he cooked for Sophia Loren, Charlie Chaplin, and Clint Eastwood, to name but a few.
At Bellini, royalty, many high profile politicians and celebrities, including REM, Blondie, Gloria Estefan and Jacqueline Bisset have enjoyed his inimitable cuisine.
A world-class chef with great passion, knowledge and understanding of authentic Italian cuisine, he continued the family tradition of cooking along with his brothers, Father and Grandfather. His passion for food inspires the most reluctant of cooks and he is happy to share his skills and love of Italian cooking in a friendly and relaxed environment.
He will help you to unravel the mysteries of his profession and endeavour to teach you his simple step by step approach to cooking that will enable you to achieve and master dishes you may not have thought possible before.
